Starting a Conversation
You can message any user or seller on FashionLife from:
- A product page — tap **Contact Seller**
- A user profile — tap **Message**
- An order page — tap **Contact Buyer/Seller** to discuss the order
How Messaging Works
- All messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit
- You'll get a push notification + email digest when someone messages you
- Read receipts can be turned off in **Settings > Privacy**
- You can send text, images, and short voice notes
Group Chats and Live
- Tap **+** in your inbox to create a group chat with up to 50 people
- During Live shopping streams, the chat is moderated by the host
Reporting Abuse
If someone sends you spam, scam links, or abusive messages:
- Open the conversation
- Tap the menu (⋮)
- Choose **Report** or **Block**
Reports go to our Trust & Safety team within minutes.
